It is a special demineralizing sequestrate that is used in scouring and bleaching liquors owing to its dispersing properties. It also allows easy removal of impurities. The considerable features of this product range are as follows:
- Appearance: Pale yellow liquid
- Ionic nature: Anionic
- Chemical Nature: Polymeric dispersants coupled with esterified derivatives
- Stability: Good in alkaline oxidizing
- pH: Acidic
- Dilutability: Easily in cold water
- Storage: Two years
- Is used in oxidation hot and cold pad batch desizing
- In demineralizing of alkaline pretreatments
- In continuous boiling or pad steaming after bleaching
- Alkaline kier boiling of cotton fibers , fabrics or yarns
- 1gm - 2gm/l for liquor ratios up to 1 : 10, 1/2gm - 1gm/l for higher liquor ratio
- And for impregnation, 2gm - 4gm/kg of fiber or yarn or fabric
- For kiering in jiggers or winches, 1gm - 2gm/l with suitable detergent
- For pad steaming 2gm - 4gm/kg
- For cold pad batch checking around 3gm - 5gm/kg
- For continuous boiling, 3gm - 5gm/l is enough
